services. Merkalink.com does not assume any responsibility for the
product or material legality, the price paid, the amount delivered,
the condition or quiality, request reliability. Including, additionally,
all and each of the consequences that may result from these situations.

5. Registration and Credit Card Charges
The client will
not receive a charge on his/her credit card for registration. The
credit card will be charged according to the Shipments Operation.
Merkalink.com will never ask for the credit card number by e-mail
or any other means.
Through the Registration
in Merkalink.com, the client accepts the prices published in this
site. It's the client's obligation to be informed about the present
prices, which will always be published in the corresponding page
of this site.
For registration
you must give a valid international credit card number. Merkalink.com
will not accept any complaints about charges for realized services.
The registered client
expressly authorizes Merkalink.com to automatically charge his credit
card for the services and Importation taxes his operations may cause.
This authorization is also valid for the operations realized by
the Authorized People registered by the main holder. This charges
will be made through USA banks secure transactions with US dollars.
If Merkalink.com
needs an authorization for a credit card charge, it will only ask
for it via e-mail, and it will only be accepted with an e-mail originated
from de main holder's e-mail address. Merkalink.com will not accept
any complaints about charges authorized by this means.

6. Importation Charges
Merkalink.com disclaims
all responsibilities and warranties of any kind to the amount of
importation charges, any product's customs origin or classification,
even when the amount has been estimated by the customs agent integrated
to the Merkalink.com site. In this case,it will be the responsibility
of the source of information (customs agent or other). Merkalink.com
site will only inform about the effective customs tariffs for products'
origin and classes.

7. Shipment Returns Policy
If the client doesn't
accept a product before its importation or if the product can't
be imported to Mexico, Merkalink.com will be able to return the
package to the sender without assuming any responsibility other
than sending the package back. Once the package has been imported,
Merkalink will not accept returns.
If the product can't
be imported, Merkalink.com will notify the client and will proceed
with the product return. It is the client's responsibility to be
informed about the products of prohibited importation. Merkalink.com
site will publish information about products of restricted importation,
but it won't assume any responsibility for the exactitud of this
information.
The packages received
without the necessary documentation to identify the client to whom
they belong, will be returned. The client is responsible for the
documentation of the package and the exactitud of the address.
If the client needs
to solve any problem in the transaction or return a shipment, he
will be able to ask for warehousing of the shipment. This warehousing
cannot exceed one calendar month. In case of exceeding this time,
the warehousing will generate extra charges.

in this site are the correct ones and that all charges will be made
according to them. Merkalink.com is committed to watch the privacy

Delivery operation
All the delivery operation in Mexico is made with our business partner,
Estafeta Mexicana, S.A. de C.V. Any delivery problems, delays, damages,
losses or thefts are the shipment operator's responsibility. The
shipment insurance can be effective only if the reponsibilities
of the delivery operator for the merchandise transit are covered.
