When you sign up at Merkalink.com, you can indicate in your account profile if you want us to contact you via e-mail to ask for approval of importation charges before they are applied to your credit card. We can ask for approval if the charges exceed US$150, US$250 or US$500 dollars.

For charges under US$150 dollars we will not send approval e-mails. The amounts under US$150 dollars are always charged immediately and automatically to the credit card.

The approval e-mail will inform you about the product to be imported, its origin, its cost and the tax charges to be approved. In order to send the package, you must answer this mail .
