Invoices

The invoices for Merkalink.com services will be sent via e-mail when the transaction takes place.

The charge of the Merkalink service is made in the United States by a Texas enterprise. The client´s invoice is the e-mail that Merkalink sends containing the information of the charge. At this moment Merkalink does not issue mexican physical invoices with the Value Added Tax breakdown. For further information : informes@merkalink.com.mx

Optional Insurance

The optional insurance for deliveries may be signed up by selecting the corresponding option at the User Profile Page (Your Account). The insurance will be charged when the handling charge of every operation is applied and it will appear in the e-mail. The insurance will be charged to the credit card. The insurance charge is calculated taking into consideration the value of the product and the corresponding duties for its importation to México.
