First
of all you should sign in at Merkalink.com.
You can use your Merkalink.com account to deliver packages to yourself,
friends or relatives and clients in Mexico.
Follow
these steps:
1. Once you have chosen the
products you will buy at the store, pay for them normally with your
credit card.
When the purchase is finished, ask
the store to make the delivery to the address in the USA provided
by Merkalink.com mentioning your user ID.

Merkalink.com receives the package in the United States, checks
your address in Mexico in the data base, and delivers the package
to Mexico through Estafeta.
The packages received with your
name are always delivered to your registered address.
If you live in
the United States and you
want to send a package to a friend or relative in Mexico, do the
following:
- Make sure that the person to
whom you want to send the package is registered in
your Merkalink.com account, under the additional addresses
with his address in Mexico and his complete data.
- Then, you ask the store to deliver
the package with this person's name (as a gift, for example).
You should give the Merkalink.com address in the United States
and mention your user ID as if you were sending it to yourself.
- Merkalink.com receives the package:
Using your user ID, Merkalink.com checks in the data base your
relative's delivery address in Mexico and sends the package to
the registered address.
If you live in
Mexico and you want to
send purchases to friends and relatives in Mexico, do it in the
same way. Don't forget to write your Merkalink.com user ID.
3. You must send Merkalink.com
a copy of the invoice that you received from the store via e-mail.
In this way, we will be able to fasten the operation and help you
if the documetation is incomplete.
4.
When the shipment arrives to the Merkalink.com address, we make
sure that it gets to the indicated address in Mexico. We take charge
of all the customs and importation requirements which will take
one day long using our agent.
You must consider that in some cases,
online shops donīt have their products available at all times. For
this reason, evounthough when you ask for a next-day delivery, it
could take more time for the product to leave the warehouse (in
some cases, it could take up to three weeks). Visit our shopping
