Manage the Merkalink account basic data and shipping
options: name, e-mail, contact telephone, shipment operation general
characteristics (packages and mailbox), optional insurance, and
level of charge approval.

Personal Delivery
Addresses
The personal delivery addresses are those that are used
for the delivery of the Merkalink account holder's shipments. You
can have up to 5 different addresses, but only one active for deliveries.
In this section you will be able to activate addresses, change information
and add or delete addresses.
The mailbox shipments (magazines, documents, etc.) are
delivered only to the active personal address.

Additional Delivery
Addresses
The additional delivery addresses can be used by the
account holder to send packages or gifts to other people in Mexico
(friends, family, clients). You must register one address per person.
You may have all the additional addresses you require. In this section,
you will be able to change information and add and delete addresses.

Credit Cards
You can register up to 5 different credit cards. Only
one of these cards can be active to make charges. You must have
at least one active and approved card for you to use the service.
In this section, you will be able to activate credit cards, register
and cancel them.

Authorized Persons - who else can use your address
and mailbox
The authorized persons are those who have been registered
in the system by the account main holder. The shipments received
by Merkalink with these people's name and with the main holder's
User ID will be delivered to the main holder's active personal address,
and the handling costs and taxes will be charged to the main holder's
credit card. In this section you will be able to register and delete
authorized people and modify their registered data.

Check Operations and Tracking
All the operations that you realize with Merkalink are
registered in our system. In this section you will be able to check
all the information concerning these operations: arrival date and
time, credit card charges, content, weight, date and time of departure
from Mexico, Estafeta guide number, and actual status. You can also
send explanation requests and authorize charges.
From this section, you can also track packages in the
Estafeta online system.

Change your Password
With this option, you will be able to change the password
registered in the system. The change occurs immediately and the
account main holder will be notified via e-mail.

Check Address in the USA
This option allows you to check your Merkalink address
for sending packages and documents in the US (Texas)
