Registration Process & Account Activation

1. Access the sign up page for the Enterprise Mailbox Service.

2. It is necessary to register the following information:

- Name and e-mail of the legal representative and the contact person.
- Legal Address
- Delivery address
- Billing Address

3. Select the Service Plan to be contracted for. Monthly Plans.

4. Once finished the registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the trace number.

5. Merkalink will proceed with a verification of the registration data through a telephone call to the contac person.

6. Once the verification is done, Merkalink will send you by package service: Service contract to be signed by both parts, instructions to make the deposit of the first monthly payment and a free waybill so you can send back the signed documents.

7. The client must sign the service contract IN DUPLICATE an send it to the Merkalink address in Mexico, D.F. (using the attached waybill), together with the next information: a copy of the power document for the legal representative, copy of the legal representative identity card with photography, and a copy of the bank deposit for the first monthly payment.

8. Merkalink will confirm the documents reception sending an e-mail. At this moment the account is activated and starts to receive documents and magazines. You will receive an e-mail with the activation date, your final client number and your mail box address in USA.

9. You will receive the first invoice for the service at the end of the month, only the poportional part of the service from the activation to the end of the month is charged.

General Conditions

Online registration does not mean the account activation. Merkalink must verify the information, receive the contract and promissory note both signed, to be posible to activate an account.

The charge of the service will be made starting from the date of the account activation. Will be necessary the payment of the first monthly charge for the acccount activation.

We will not receive any shipment before the account activation.

This service is exclusive for courier service ("documents, postal things, magazines, newspaper, or that information stored in magnetic devices like computer diskettes, audio or video cassettes for personal use of the addressee ") By the moment commodities are no accepted in this service.
